After much research Myself in the CIA has uncovered the plans from Goons that they have for -V-
Many Alts died to get me this information from the empire.

The New Objectives: RYC, KZF and 1V-

This weekend (or sooner), JLO will come firmly under our control, and we will have sov over the whole system. With this system under our belts, we have a platform to strike into 1V- that cuts the -V- capital off from the shortest and easiest Empire route.
The directors and I will be looking for weaknesses in all three of the remaining important -V- systems. Eventually we will make a major move on one or more of those systems at once, forcing -V- to defend against dozens of capitals and hundreds of ships at once. Meanwhile we will be poking at this POS or that POS while we generally siege the entire area and prevent commerce or moneymaking. Every POS we replace with a deathstar is another few inches of dirt dug out for -V-'s grave in Empire.
Right now, pilots should be sticking around JLO to finish off the remaining 4 POSes and to catch any refugees trying desperately to flee the station with their life savings. Pipe cleaning ops should be undertaken at all times to keep the reinforcement line clear. DPS battleships are no longer needed as badly since only one small POS remains. When the station becomes ours, be sure to get some of the good market deals quickly, as firesales will be going up left and right as -V- pilots realize JLO is gone forever.
Once JLO is taken, pilots should switch objectives to harassing in RYC, KZF and 1V-, non-fleet setups. The harder it is for -V- to operate freely in their home systems, the more likely that 1) they will become even more demoralized and give up, and 2) they will make stupid mistakes which will cost them precious resources. Use the small breather after JLO is taken to import more ships, ammo, BPOs, etc. and use JLO as your refinery, only 4 jumps from RA Prime (C-J6).
I still predict that V are dead within 3 weeks. Keep it up, troops. Victory is not far now.
So si -V- on its final legs? or are goona biting off more then they can chew?
